Efficiency
The ability of a company to optimise its resources and processes in order to deliver products or services to customers in a cost-effective manner.
Resilience
A company's ability to preventively cover unexpected disruptions (proactive), respond effectively to them (synchronous) and return to the pre-disruption state as quickly as possible (reactive).
Sustainability
The design and management of a company's supply chain, taking into account environmental impact, social responsibility and long-term economic efficiency.
